In the Community
Semillas De Fe
A mission started by church members Cirilo and Janie Perez to provide clothing, toys, school supplies, and food to families in Hauratzio, Mexico. It began in 2018 by providing school items and has grown through the years as others have joined in contributing to the mission. New sponsors are always appreciated.
Life Together Events
Monthly on the 2nd Saturday from 4pm-6pm we host an event at The Southside Community Center in San Marcos to feed those in need and connect them with other resources in the area. To join in please contact Terri Hartley: hartleyterri@yahoo.com

Ancora Ministries
We have been working with Ancora Ministries. Ancora is a mission working to bring nutrition and health programs to vulnerable populations in Guatemala and our local community.
We are also looking for drivers to deliver packets of food to the schools in Hays CISD. It's pretty easy

In the Church
Children's Ministry
We love all of God’s children and all that comes with them! They are a high priority to us and participate throughout all aspects of The Journey. We welcome wiggles & giggles and all of the LIFE that comes with even our youngest in worship.
All children, infant through 5th grade are invited to Children’s Time with Ms. Lacy in the nursery or activity room during the service. Simply drop them off with Ms. Kaylynn or Ms. Lacy directly after the Children’s Blessing. Then pick them up after service is complete. There will be various Bible activities to participate in, and some toys to play with should they finish early. There is also an activities shelf by the entrance that can be used in the worship center if they prefer to sit with mom and dad.

Music Ministry
We are always looking for volunteers to serve the Lord through their love of music.
-Vocals
-Instruments- Drum, guitar, bass, fiddle, & piano
-Media- Running the projector for Lyrics
-Audio- Set-up, management, and recording
